1 can tuna drained3 tbsp mayo w/olive oil1 tsp yellow mustard2 tbsp chopped of each celery, pickles, & onion 2oz shredded cheddar cheese4 slices Whole Grain White Franz bread2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter Light
Drain can of tuna and add the first 4 ingredients. Set aside. Then take the 4 slices of bread and butter and 1 side on all slices. Heat a pan on med heat and put 1 slice bread butter side down, put 1/2 of tuna mix on top and 1 oz cheese and top with another slice bread, butter side up. Cook for a few minutes until browned, flip and cook the other side for a few more minutes until cheese is melted and bread is brown to perfection!!! Repeat ...or cook both at once if you have a big skillet. Serves 2 and enjoy.
