Cinnamon Honey Soy Vegetable Chicken Stir Fry

3 tbsp Lite soy sauce3 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp honey1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon.5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper.4 tsp Garlic and Herb1/4 tsp black pepper1.8 lbs boneless skinless chicken2 10 oz. packages frozen stir fry vegetables
Combine all ingredients except frozen vegetables and chicken. Mix well. Cut chicken into small pieces, add into mixture. Let chicken marinate 2 hours (or however long you choose, I did overnight).
Cook chicken alone, cook vegetables alone. Drain vegetables and mix chicken
(I also served brown and white rice but did not include it in the ingredients)
