Pumpkin Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
1 16oz can pumpkin1 t garlic powder3/4 C Italian Style Bread Crumbs12 Pasta Shells, cooked1 1/5 C Spaghetti Sauce6 oz Mozzarella, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Place pumpkin, garlic powder and bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix well. Stuff shells with pumpkin mixture and place them close together in a baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 min. Remove foil and top with cheese, bake 5-10 minutes more until chees is gooey. Makes 6 2 shell servings.
