Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Four chicken breastsBroccoli (four portions)One can Campbell's Cream of Chicken or Mushroom SoupOne cup Hellman's Light MayonnaiseOne tablespoon lemon juiceHalf to one teaspoon curry powder.Four/Five large tomatoes, sliced.
Simmer chicken breasts gently in water until tender. Cook broccoli in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain and then arrange brocolli in a buttered ovenproof dish. Put chicken on top.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken and broccoli.
Cover with sliced tomatoes. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 180'C.
Note:
1. Can be topped with grated cheese and then covered with breadcrumbs instead of the tomatoes.
2. Uncooked chicken can be used but reduce oven temperature to 170'C and cook for one hour.
