Ingredients
Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 2 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared) Egg, fresh, 2 large Milk, nonfat, .66 cup Onions, dehydrated flakes, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tspSage, ground, .5 tbsp Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedKetchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Ground mustard, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine stuffing mix, eggs, milk, onions, salt, sage, peppers, and beef. Mix well with mixer, shape into loaf in oval casserole dish. Bake for an hour and 15 minutes.

In small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread evenly on top of cooked meatloaf, place back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
