French Style Rasin Bread.

Ingredients
2 Slices of Rasin Bread, any variety.1 Large, Egg fresh.1 Tbsp. Regular Low Fat Soy Milk.1 tsp. Vanilla Extract.
Directions
Combine all the liguid ingredients with the Egg in a large enough bowl to place the bread. Whip the mixture into a froth with a fork or whisk. Add the sliced bread one slice at a time, turning until evenly coated with the mixture; but NOT too soggy.

Heat a Non-Stick Pan unti a drop of water, sizzles away. Spray with PAM or small amount of Olive Oil or Butter to brown each slice placed into the pan. Cook until any oozed liguid has solidified, or tip side to see desired brown-ness. Flip with a Spatula and cook until done to desired brown-ness again. Place into a warmed oven until served or serve immediately with fruit or flavored syrup on top..
