Ingredients
10 hard boiled eggs1 large onion-cut into small pieces4-5 green chilliesturmeric powder-1 tspcoriander powder-2 tsfchilli powder-1 tspblack pepper-1 tspsalt-1 tsp
Directions
in a skillet,sautee the onion and cut green chillies.Add the curry powders and roast till a delicious fragrance comes.Then add the eggs cut into quarters and add the salt,black pepper and water-1 bowl.You will then let this sauce thicken by stirring gently.Enjoy with rice!
