Impossibly Easy (and good) Crustless Pumpkin Pie

1/2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick1 cup Evaporated low-fat milk1/2 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg whites1 cup canned pumpkin1/2 cup Splenda1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice1 tablespoon Parkay Spray Margarine1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Prep: 10 Minutes Bake Time: 35-40 Minutes
Heat Oven to 350* You need a 9-inch pie plate
Mix all the ingredients until well blended. Spray pie plate with a non-stick spray.
Pour pumpkin pie batter into the pie plate. (The mixture will appear runny... but don't worry... this will cook up!)
Set the timer for 35 minutes. Check the pie by inserting a clean knife into the center... if it comes out clean, then the pie is done! Remove from oven and allow to cool.
You can cover and refrigerate any of the leftover pie!
