Crockpot Curry Chicken

•1/2 cup thinly sliced celery•1/2 cup finely chopped onion•2 garlic cloves, minced•3 tablespoons Chicken Stock•4 tablespoons arrowroot or cornstarch•2 cups skim milk•2 cups water•1 cup apple, chopped•6 tablespoons no-salt added tomato paste•4 teaspoons curry powder•4 Frozen Bouillon Cubes•6 cups cooked chicken or turkey pieces
1. Sauté celery, onion and garlic in stock in a large skillet. Blend in arrowroot, milk, water, applesauce, tomato paste, curry powder and bouillon cubes.
2. Place chicken pieces in crockpot. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on low for four hours until thickened and bubbly.
