Ingredients
8 oz. fettucine noodles1 tbsp. olive oil1 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers1/2 cup pepared pesto sauce1 oz. Romano cheese
Directions
Cook fettucine per package directions. Drain and chop peppers. Drain pasta. Add peppers and pesto. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
