MargarineAll-purpose flourSaltMustardPepperMilkCheddar CheeseWorcestershire SauceWhole Wheat English MuffinsChicken BaconPoached Eggs
Melt margarine in a 1 L saucepan, blend flour, salt, mustard and pepper, until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in milk. Heat to boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted. If necessary, return to low heat to finish melting cheese. (Do not boil.) Add Worcestershire sauce. Arrange bacon on whole wheat English muffin halves; top with poached eggs.
Spoon cheese over eggs.
