Sandwich - Egg and Spinach Pita

Ingredients
1 Joseph's Flax Oat Bran and Whole Wheat pita (or your favorite brand)1 egg2 egg whites100 grams or 1 cup fresh spinach1 wedge Laughing Cow garlic or swiss cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat pan sprayed with pam over medium heat
chop spinach into ribbons
scramble eggs with 1 tbsp of water
combine eggs with spinach and cook until done and add salt and pepper if desired
heat pita in microwave for 15 seconds
spread laughing cow on pita
heap pita with the scrambled egg and spinach and enjoy!
