Enter ingredients in order that your bread machine suggests ... this is the order mine suggests:1 1/3 Cups & 1 TBL warm water1 TBL & 3/4 tsp Vegetable Oil1 1/4 tsp Salt1 3/4 tsp Salt2 3/4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup Bread Flour1 3/4 tsp Active Dry YeastBread Machine setting to dough - let machine cycle through- Once dough is made, remove from bread machine and place on a lightly floured surface, Divide into 10 pieces and shape each piece into a smooth ball.- Place 5 balls on a large baking sheet and 5 balls on another baking sheet - Let them rise for about 30 minutes.- With fingertips, flatten each ball into a 6 inch circle.- Bake at 500 Degrees Fahrenheit (260C) for 5 minutes until puffed and tops begin to brown- You can cut each in half to form 2 pockets.**Diet & Food Tracker: listed as Whole Wheat Homemade Pita Pockets 6"**
