Roasted Red Pepper Soup

Ingredients
12 oz Roasted Red Peppers1 C. Chicken Broth1/2 C. Half & Half1/2 C. Cream1 Garlic Clove, pressed1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions
Puree peppers and broth in blender. Transfer to pot , adding the garlic and oregano. Heat just to boiling and then simmer for 10 minutes. Add cream and half and half, and continue cooking until just heated through. Serve immediately. Additional oregano can be sprinkled on top, along with black pepper if desired. Additional toppings of feta cheese will up the calories but is a great addition!!
