Chicken Soup made in Crock Pot

Ingredients
2 Large Carrots, peeled and cut into slices.3 Large Celery Stalk, cut into slices. 1/2 of a large Onion, cut into slices.3 Chicken Thighs, bone and skin removed. 4 Cups Broth 4 Cups WaterSeason as desired with salt, pepper and herbs. Add all ingredients to crock-pot and cook for 6 hours.
Directions
Cut 2 large carrots into bite size slices as well as 3 large celery stalks and a 1/2 of a large onion. Add them to the crock pot. De-bone and remove chicken skin from 4 chicken thighs and add thighs to the pot.
Pour Natural, Fat Free, No MSG
Chicken Broth (4 cups) to crock pot and also add 4 cups water.
Season as desired with salt, pepper, dill, oregano, basil, whichever you desire. Cook in crock pot about 6 hours. Shortly before 6 hours in up. Remove and large pieces of Chicken and shred with fork and add back into crock pot.

You can add noodles or rice as well. But cook them separately according to their own instructions.

This recipe easily makes 8 1-cup servings.
