My Sneaky Chef Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
15oz can black beans, rinsed1T bread crumbs2oz Sneaky Chef White Puree (see instructions)Garlic Salt & Scallions to taste
Directions
Puree 1/3 cup black beans with bread crumbs, & white puree.

Mix Puree with remaining black beans, garlic salt, & scallions.

Form into two patties and cook on fry pan or electric grill.

White Puree:
2C cut cauliflower
2 small/medium zucchini, peeled, cut, & roughly chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
3-4T water, if needed

Cook cauliflower in steamer or microwave until very tender. Pulse raw zucchini & lemon juice in food processor. Drain cauliflower and add to zucchini/lemon mix in processor with 1-2 T water. Puree entire mixture, scraping sied and adding remaining water if needed. Use 2oz for recipe, reserve rest in fridge or freezer for other recipes.
