Soy Flour, .75 cupOld Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, .25 cup dry Egg, fresh, 1 large Salt, .5 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 5 tsp Silk Soy Milk, .25 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Place a pan on oven at medium heat
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
Add egg and soy milk
Mix thoroughly
Pour two spoonfuls of mixture in pan for each pancake
Test bottom of pancakes for consistency with spatula and flip when solid
Remove from pan and serve
Makes two servings
