Chicken Fajita Wraps

2 - 4 oz chicken breastsLime juice from one lime1/4 tsp. SaltPepper to taste2 tbs. reduced fat sour cream1 1/2 tsp chopped cilantroHot sauce to taste1/2 tsp ground cumin1 small onion - chopped1 small tomato - choppedShredded lettuceWhole wheat or flour tortillas
Place chicken in a container with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Whisk sour cream, cilantro, hot sauce, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook Chicken at 350 degrees until no longer pink. 6 to 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, then cut into 1 inch slices.
Place chicken on tortilla, top with other ingredients and roll.
