Spring Rolls

Ingredients
6-12 Rice Paper Wraps1 cup shredded cabbage0.5 cup shredded carrots1/2 green onion(Number of wraps needed per cabbage and carrots may vary)
Directions
Steam cabbage and shredded carrots in a steamer pot until cabbage is crisp tender. Put in a bowl, and mix in green onion.

Add warm, not hot, water to a bowl. Soak rice wraps 5-10 seconds until it's soft enough to bend. Use 2 wraps if 1 wrap tears. Add 1-2 tbsp of vegetable mixture and wrap into rolls.

Put in a container and chill until ready to serve.
