31/2 lb beef tenderloin(trimmed and tied)11/2 cup white wine2T coriander seed1 T dijon mustard1 T soy sauce1/4 buttercoarse black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in saucepan until butter melts
.
Brush or spoon on meat.

Cook on third row of oven.
Bake @450

Cook until 140 for 15 minutes
After done allow to sit.
