1 small diced onion1 medium diced green bell pepper2 diced zucchinis2 cloves of garlic, crushed1 T ground cumin1 T chili powdersaltpepper3 oz beer1 medium can diced tomatoes with green chilies1 package MorningStar Burger Crumbles1 15oz can black beans
in large sauce pan, saute onion, bell pepper, zucchini, garlic. Add spices to taste. Once the veggies have softened, add the beer and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for a few minutes and adjust seasonings.
