Vegan Cream Cheese Wrap

Ingredients
Tortilla, vegan cream cheese, avocados, plum tomatoes, kalamata olives.
Directions
serves 1:
use vegan butter to coat the bottom of a pan. place the tortilla on the pan and place it on the stove and flip over every 45 seconds or so, until slightly crispy. take the tortilla off the stove and put it on a plate. spread an even, somewhat thick layer of vegan cream cheese along the length of one of the sides of the tortilla, about 1/2 inch from the edge, about 1 inch thick. put 3 or 4 slices of avocado along the length of the strip of cream cheese, place 3 or 4 slices of tomato on top of the avocado. take about 5 kalamata olives and place them along the inside edge of the layers of food you have on the tortilla. fold the bottom of the tortilla up, and roll the tortilla into a wrap with one open end. then eat!
