8 cups great northern beans (from can, drained and rinsed)16oz reduced fat sourcream12oz meatless crumbles2tbsp cumin4tbsp chili powder1 cup vegetable cooking stockcayenne to taste
Starting with beans and vegetable stock, combine all ingredients in large saucepan or medium stock-pot.
Bring to light boil (if mixture is too thick, thin with water)
After boil, reduce to simmer.
simmer for 15 minutes.
