Nutty Italian Dressing, Low-Fat

Ingredients
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1/4 cup macadamia nut oil1/2 cup water1 pkt. Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
Directions
Pour all ingredients (except oil) into bottle and shake vigorously to mix well. Add oil and shake again. Each time you serve it, shake well again. Store in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings, 2 tablespoons each.
