2 qts (8 cups) Red and Green Peppers diced2 qts (8 cups) hot peppers (we cut this back to 1 qt and added another qt of red and green) diced2 qts (8 cups) onions cut up1 cup cooking oil (we used Canola2 cups sugar (we did 1 of each granulated and brown)3 cloves of garlic
bring all the ingredients but the peppers to a boil once it's at a boil add the peppers and cook for five minutes Do Not Overcook. You can pack jars in and cold pack a few minutes or you can just eat this right out of the pot
