Quick meatballs

Ingredients
500g lean minced beef2 Slices of white or wholemeal bread 1 egg30g of onion chopped2tblsp tomato ketchup2 splashes of Worcestershire sauceCan of Condensed Tomato Soup
Directions
*Make breadcrumbs/ put into food processor.
*Add onion to processor and mince along with breadcrumbs for a few seconds.
* Place onions and breadcrumbs in a large bowl, add mince beef , beaten egg, herbs , splashes of Worcestershire sauce, and Tomato Ketchup. Mix well together with hands.
* Make golf ball size meatballs until mixture is used up. Place in a medium sized oven dish, spoon canned Tomato soup over each meatball until all is covered.
* Cook for about 40 minutes at 180.

Suggestions...serve with a Jacket potato and sweetcorn, or lovely with a green salad to keep the calories down:-)
