Chicken and Avocado soup

Ingredients
2.5 c chicken broth400 g shredded chicken1 vine tomato, diced1 clove garlic, minced2 scallions, chopped.5 Haas avocade, diced3 T fresh cilantro, chopped2 lime wedges1 t grapeseed oilsalt and pepper to tastepinch of chipotle chile powder
Directions
Makes 2 servings
1. In a large pot, heat oil and saute garlic and scallions. After 2 min add tomato and con't saute for 1 min.
2. Add stock, chile powder and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 min.
3. In 2 bowls fill with 1/2 the chicken and 1/2 the avocado and cilantro.
4. Ladle 1/2 the broth over each bowl and add lime wedge.
