Raw'kn Corn Salad

Ingredients
1 medium ear of sweet corn, fresh and raw 1 cup snap peas, raw1/4 cup sundried tomatoes3 cloves garlic1 small red pepperhandful of basilhandful of cilantro1 tsp olive oildash of salt
Directions
Cut the corn off of the cob.

Chop up the garlic an pepper.

Place all ingredients besides the oil in a bowl and toss. Drizzle with oil, salt, and serve.
