Apple sauce

Ingredients
5 apples, honeycrisp1 tsp lemon juice ½ cup water 1 packet stevia ½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preparation:
Peel, core and chop apples. Cook apples and water in a crock pot on low for 2hrs. When cooled, puree apples in blender while adding stevia and cinnamon. Divide into 5 portions, about .5 cup.
