Grandma's Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1/2 onion1 egg1/2 cup plain bread crumbs2 Tbsp Worcestershire Saucesalt or pepper-Mix these all together and press into a sprayed pan. Since I'm only making a pound, I usually create a barrier out of foil to make my pan smaller. You can also double the recipe for more people.Topping:2 Tbsp Brown Sugar1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard1 Tbsp VinegarSpread on top of meat.
Directions
Press meat mixture into a meatloaf pan. You can double recipe for more than 2 people. 1 lb of beef feeds my husband and I. Top with mixed topping and bake an hour per pound at 350.
