Beef / Cornbread Skillet Pie

1 lb. lean ground beef1 1/2 cups frozen corn2 16 oz cans of chili beans1 cup shredded cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown 1 lb lean ground beef in a large skiller. Stir in corn, chili beans, and shredded cheese. Simmer 2 minutes. Prepare favorite corn bread recipe. Empty skillet container into oven safe dish. Spoon cornbread recipe on top of mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of cornbread comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
