Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts4 Slices Swiss Cheese4 2 oz. serving of cooked ham1/2 Cup bread crumbsEgg white wash
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. Pour bread crumbs onto a plate. Dip chicken breasts into the egg wash then place on the bread crumbs. Place swiss and ham on the chicken then roll up and secure with tooth picks. Place in a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until juices are clear.
