Carrot Muffins

Ingredients
1 c wheat flour3/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp gound cinnamon1/2 tsp groung nutmeg1/2 tsp salt3/4 c sugar2 medium eggs1/3 c soft low fat margarine1 c. grated carrots1 c crushed pineapples
Directions
Serving size 12 muffins
Preheat oven to 350. Throroughly mix together all ingredients except carrots and pineapple. Can put pineapples in a blender to smooth out chunks. Fold carrots and pineapples in last. Spray a 12 muffin pan with Pam, scoop doug with a 1/3 cup in each muffin. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. NOTE can reduce calories to 107 by using 1/2 cup of sugar.
