Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
White Onion, chopped 1 cup Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp White Rice (cooked) 1 cup fresh Broccoli, chopped 3 cups I can condensed Mushroom Soup 6 tbsp Light Cheese Whiz
Directions
cook the onion in the oil until soft and clear, remove from skillet. gently cook the broccoli in water, leave it crunchy if you wish to preserve nutrients, it's going in the oven so it can get softened up later. whisk the mushroom soup and cheese whiz in one bowl, and combine the rice, onion and broccoli in another, then pour the soup whiz mix and combine all. pop it into an oven safe dish and cook at 350 until warmed through or broccoli is fully cooked. Makes 6 one cup servings.
