Light Dessert Fruit Cheese

Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 100 gramsBanana or any fruit else, fresh, 1 cup, sliced Granulated Sugar, 40 grams Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 10 grams Egg white, 1 serving few drops aroma of vanilla
1. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes smooth.
2. Mount the egg white until stiff and fold into cheese with a spatula.
3. Cut the banana into slices and place in bottom of glasses or cups.
4. Spoon cream mixture over bananas and sprinkle with cocoa.
Tips:
For the egg rises rapidly and is firm, add a pinch of salt before beating.
Sprinkle cocoa through a sieve. This will prevent the formation of lumps of bitter cocoa. It's not very pleasant to taste.
