Kay's Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
1.5 lb Flank Steak1 Medium Broccoli Floret1 Red Bell Pepper1 Cup Pea Pods1/2 cup mushrooms1/4 cup Red Onion8 oz can water chestnuts1 tbsp sesame oil4 cloves of garlic (minced)1/4 cup chicken stock1/3 cup soy sauce1 tbsp rice wine vinegar1 tsp ground ginger2 tsp cornstarch1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Cut flank steak into small long strips
Cut Broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, and onions into small pieces
Mince the garlic cloves

Heat garlic and sesame oil on medium heat
Add beef and cook for approximately 8 minutes
Add chicken stock, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and corn starch
Mix in vegetables and stir thoroughly
Cook until meat is done and vegetables are tender

Makes 4 servings
