Kevin's Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs Lean ground beef2 cans Dark Red Chili Beans1 6oz can Tomato Paste1 14.5 oz can Diced Chili Tomatoes2 cans Water2 Medium Onions peeled and chopped.3 Tbsp Chili Powder1/2 Tsp Cayanne Pepper (or to taste)1/2 Tsp Celery Salt1/2 Tsp Salt1/2 Box Spaghetti
Directions
Brown and drain ground beef.
Separately, lightly saute onions till clear (not brown)
Add Onions, Kidney Beans (drained) Chili Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, and 2 cans water.
Add seasonings.
Simmer for 1-2 hours and boil off excess liquid if needed.
Serve over Spaghetti with Mexican Cheese.
Makes 8 servings.

    I really love this recipe. It's not the super hot chilli that cause belly problems, but its not soup. Just thick enough to be a meal on it's own. Bien trabajo! - 10/19/10
