Homemade Ranch style salad dressing

1 cup real mayonnaise4 Tblsp. powdered buttermilk in 1 cup water1/2 tsp. dried chives1/2 tsp. dried parsley1/2 tsp. dill weed1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. onion powder1/8 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. black pepper
Mix mayonnaise, buttermilk powder and 1 cup of water with a mixer or blender.
Add spices and mix well. Allow to sit about 10 minutes to reconstitute the dried minced onion. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
Serving size 2 Tablespoons.
The directions called for 1/2 cup of buttermilk, but it was very thick. Using 1 cup of buttermilk works to make it more the consistency of salad dressing.
The nutritional information considers using Saco powdered buttermilk mixed with water.
