Chicken nuggets, Burmese style

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk2 cloves of garlic, crushed1 tbsp crushed ginger1 tbsp ground tumeric1/2 cup whole wheat panko
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

In a ziptop bag mix the buttermilk, tumeric, ginger and garlic

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.and place into the bag to marinade (a couple hours)

Take the chicken and roll in panko (I recommend wearing gloves)

Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes

Makes 8 servings
