Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless1 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic1 can Progresso hearty tomato soup1 cup carrots,cut in chunks1 cup frozen peas1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh peppers1 cup chopped kale
Directions
Brown onions, add garlic and chicken, trimmed and cut into 12 pieces.
Brown chicken, add soup and carrots and any spices.
Simmer 20 minutes and then add peas, peppers and kale. Simmer another 10-15 minutes.

Optional to serve over rice or not.
