Andouille Sausage2 cans chicken broth2 cans diced tomatoes2 boxes Zatarains Spanish Rice1 medium diced onion1 large green pepper1 pound cooked shrimp
In a large crock pot, stir together sausage, chicken broth, tomatoes, Zatarains, onion and green pepper until thoroughly combined. Cover and cook on HIGH heat setting for 2 hours. Stir in shrimp. Cover and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until shrimp is heated through.
