Lemon Poppyseed Salad Dressing

Ingredients
2 T lemon flax seed oil2 T olive oil1 T lemon juice1 t poppy seeds2 T honey1/4 t salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a carafe with a lid and shake until blended. Pour over your favorite salad.

Alternatively, pour ingredients into a bowl an whisk together.

Makes a little over half a cup of dressing.
