Kicked UP! Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
1 med apple chopped12 oz. crushed pinapple (in juice) partially drained1 C. grated Carrot (I used the stuff in the bags from the produce section, chopped a bit more)1 lg stalk celery chopped fine1/2-3/4 small box raisins1/2 C chopped walnuts1/2 C. reduced fat sour creamDash NutmegSplenda to taste
Directions
There's not really anything to it. Just throw it all in a bowl and mix well. Add nutmeg and Splenda to taste.
