Ingredients
4 slices turkey pastrami 1 oz. krout (squeezed dry) 2 slices low fat or fat free Swiss cheese1 Tbsp. Land o Lakes fresh buttery taste spread 2 Tbsp. Kraft fat free thousand island dressing served on the side for dipping
Directions
Butter one side of pumpernickel bead slices I preheat the George Foreman grill and use it to panini the Rubin. put one slice of bread butter side down on grill build the sandwich ingredients Swiss cheese, sour krout ,be sure to squeeze dry the krout ,pastrami slices top with other slice of bread butter side up.close grill cook to your liking 5 to 6 min. crispy and heated through.
I serve the thousand island dressing on the side for dipping.
