    I love beef stew..i would rub the meat all over with..cumin...
    curry..paprika..cayenne..minced onion and garlic..put in the
    hot Oil to brown a bit..add veggies..addStock..Omit yam and
    v8 juice..Cook till meat is Tender..and the Stew is thickened
