Ingredients
¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil1 T. red wine vinegar1 T. minced garlic1 t. basil1 c. olives1 c. chopped tomatoes1 c. chopped yellow bell pepper1 c. chopped green bell pepper1 c. chopped red onion¼ c. chopped parsleySalt and pepper to taste1 c. crumbled feta cheese (4 oz.)
Directions
Mix and spread onto baking sheets.
Bake 450°F for 30 minutes.
Crumble feta on top.
