Chicken Basil Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
16oz Bowtie Pasta2tbsp olive oil1 onion (diced)1 red or green bell pepper (or half of each)small container of grape tomatoes2 cloves Garlic2 grilled Chicken Breasts (can use leftover)1/2 c. Basil Pesto small can sliced black olives2 Tbsp fat free half and halfsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Roast,onions, peppers, and garlic in 400 degree oven until tender and done(about 20-30 minutes). Add tomatoes last 10 minutes of roasting. Meanwhile put water onto boil. Cook pasta with salt to taste. Slice chicken and add veggies, olives, pepper, and pesto. Add cooked pasta and half and half. Stir and serve, Make 6 two cup servings
