Spaghetti Squash Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cooked spaghetti squash1 cup halved cherry tomatoes1 cup chopped cucumbers1 large red bell pepper3 cloves of garlic1 T olive oil1 lemon juice
Directions
Cut spaghetti squash in half. Steam each half for 25-30 minutes. Scrap 4 cups of cooked spaghetti squash with fork. Prepare other vegetables and mix into the spaghetti squash. To mix dressing, use 1 T olive oil, juice of one large lemon, 3 cloves of minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix the salad with the dressing. Garnish with dry or fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
