Stovetop popcorn

Ingredients
1/4 Cup uncooked popcorn3 tbsp olive oilgarlic sea salt
Directions
Put oil in a large pan (I use a soup pot) with a lid and throw three kernals in. Turn on medium to high heat. When the three kernals have popped pour in the rest of the kernals and shake over the heat. In about 10 minutes all the kernals will have popped. Sprinkle with sea salt (garlic flavored is the best).

Makes about 1 large serving. Its approximately 4 cups.
