Ingredients
boneless skinless chicken breastonionbell peppercan cream of chicken soup1 cup milkbox stove top stuffing1-1/2 cup water2 tbsp of non fat margarinesalt & pepper to tasecan of corn
Directions
saute chicken, onions and bell peppers in skillet coated w/cooking spray
prepare stovetop stuffing with 1-1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp of no fat margarine
mix soup, milk, and corn in casserole dish
add chicken mixture and stir
pour stovetop stuffing over top;
salt and pepper to taste
cook at 350 about 30-40 minutes until brown and bubbly

    I used Salmon instead of the chicken and it was good I will make it again with chicken and also with the Salmon if I do not have chicken on hand. - 3/31/09
